You are a fanatic and a fraudulent individual that “throw rocks at a glass house.” Your speculative dribble on the internet with the intent to cast aspersions and attempt to extort money, in any possible way, from people who have been good to you is balderdash. You have a pattern of behavior, in this regard, that has existed prior to working with our firm. You did the same thing to your previous employer, trying to extort a home from him as well! You continue to purport that you and your wife are current FINRA registered brokers, which is another one of your fraudulent lies.

Paul, instead of trying to hurt people and turn something nice into something ugly, you should consider involving yourself in a more productive surrounding and work towards making you and your family an honest living instead of spending countless days, months, and years at attempting to extort money from other people as well as constant charitable donations from your neighbors along with strangers over the internet that believe that you are an “ordained minister” or “Man of God.” It is repulsive – your attempts to extract money from people who ask you for prayer.

Homeowner FORECLOSES and PADLOCKS Bank of America
Instead of a bank foreclosing on another homeowner, the Florida homeowners foreclosed on a bank and had sheriff’s deputies foreclose on the North Carolina based bank, Bank of America.
It started five months ago when Bank of America filed foreclosure papers on the home of a couple, who didn’t owe a dime on their home. The couple actually paid cash for the house.
The case went to court and the homeowners were able to prove they didn’t owe Bank of America anything on the house. In fact, it was proven that the couple never even had a mortgage bill to pay.
A Collier County Judge agreed and after the hearing, Bank of America was ordered, by the court to pay the legal fees of the homeowners’, Maurenn Nyergers and her husband. The Judge said the bank wrongfully tried to foreclose on the Nyergers’ house.
After an excess of 5 months of the judge’s ruling, the bank still hadn’t paid the legal fees, and the homeowner’s attorney did exactly what the bank tried to do to the homeowners. He, rightfully, seized the bank’s assets.
“They’ve ignored our calls, ignored our letters, legally this is the next step to get my clients compensated, ” said attorney Todd Allen.
Sheriff’s deputies, movers, and the Nyergers’ attorney went to the bank and foreclosed on it. The attorney gave instructions to to remove desks, computers, copiers, filing cabinets and any cash in the teller’s drawers.
After about AN HOUR of being locked out of the bank, the bank manager handed the attorney a check for the legal fees.
“As a foreclosure defense attorney this is sweet justice” says Allen.
Allen says this is something that he sees often in court, banks making errors because they didn’t investigate the foreclosure and it becomes a lengthy and expensive battle for the homeowner
U.S. companies’ IPO activity has so badly lagged behind the pace of stock delistings in the past decade that the number of publicly traded businesses has dropped 39% over the past 11 years, according to a new study.
From a listings peak of 8,823 in 1997 to the 5,401 that were traded last year, U.S. companies have been shed from Nasdaq OMX Group Inc.’s Nasdaq Stock Market, NYSE Euro-next’s New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange (now part of the NYSE) faster than new companies can launch initial public offerings. This has created a “Great Depression of listings,” says Grant Thorton LLP, an accounting and consulting firm.
The downturn has persisted throughout bull-market and bear-market cycles, the Internet-stock-bubble peak in 2000 and the explosive growth of the Chinese markets, which has caused listings in HongKong to nearly double since 1997.
Asia isn’t the only region of the world that has shown listings growth instead of the erosion experienced by the U.S. The London Stock Exchange, Borse Italiana, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Toronto Stock Exchange, Australia Stock Exchange and Deutsche Borse have all grown from 1997 levels, by Grant Thornton’s calculations.
The study argues that the U.S. markets need an average of 360 IPOs a year to maintain the status quo in number of listed companies and 520 a year to grow 3% a year, in line with annual gross-domestic-product growth. The average number of IPOs from 2004 through 2008 was 209. The study blames the downturn on a series of changes over the past 12 years: the advent of online broker-ages, which lowered the cost of trading and allowed investors to avoid using commission-paid brokers, and decimalization, which narrowed the spread that brokerages could make on trades.
The authors of the study maintain that the changes stripped brokerage firms of the ability to finance research and support trading in small stocks.
Trust and Surrender

Sometimes you feel that disasters increase instead of diminish. Do not get agitated. Close your eyes and tell God with faith: “Thy will be done. You think of it.” And when you speak thus, He accomplish a miracle when necessary. He only think of it when you trust Him totally. The Good Lord always think of you, but He can only help you completely when you rely fully on Him.

Never proceed with the planned venture until the full amount of necessary capital is in the bank. Becoming undercapitalized is a common and dangerous mistake. Many companies procure a portion of the capital needed and then rush into implementation in the hopes of raising the remainder along the way. In almost every case, the economy works against them, and the shortfall turns the entire project into an unrecoverable investment.
Never raise more money than needed to meet the objective. Selling more equity than necessary only serves to dilute the ownership position at a lower valuation. And in the case of debt, why pay interest on unneeded funds? As tempting as it may seem, don’t take all the cookies at once. It’s much smarter to raise just the right amount of money, accomplish the objective, grow and improve the company’s capitalization. By the time capital is needed again, perhaps a few years later, the business will have grown. Then it can raise additional capital through sale of equity with less dilution or take on debt at a lower interest cost.
